These Policies apply ONLY to Ready-to-Wear jewellery

We accept returns within 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for all international orders from the date of purchase. We offer the options of refund, store credit and size exchanges on eligible purchases. For further information, please email us at hello@pagoni.com.au

 

REFUND:

Full priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (21 days for international) from the date of purchase. Returns must be received in our warehouse within 14 days (21 days for international) from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. 

 

Please note: if you choose to return an item, it is at the customer's expense and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our team. If you wish to return an item, the jewellery must NOT be worn or used. Must be in the original packaging and jewellery boxes must have all original packaging intact. No visible marks and scuffing and must be in new and saleable condition.

It is recommended that jewellery is returned using a tracking service. PAGONI is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.

If you wish to return an item, please FIRST contact us by completing our CONTACT form (or email kassandra@pagoni.com.au) and we will send you instructions. PAGONI reserves the right to deny a return if the items returned appear used, worn, damaged or scratched.

SALE items purchased at markdown price, can be returned for a store credit ONLY. 

SALE items purchased with a further markdown during promotion, are treated as a clearance, or last chance sale. SALE items purchased during these promotions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

PAGONI does not accept returns on:
- earrings or earring accessories due to hygiene reasons;
- nor 'Gift with purchase';
- nor sale items marked as 'last chance'.

All returns/refunds take approximately 3-4 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods. 


Exchange Policy

If the size or colour is incorrect (except for earrings), you may lodge an exchange request by completing this CONTACT page (or email kassandra@pagoni.com.au).

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style or colour this will also be subject to stock availability. A Store Credit can also be arranged.

All exchanges take approximately 3-4 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.

We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item for an exchange. It is at the customer's expense to safely send their returns to PAGONI and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our team. Postage on all exchange orders are free of cost and are sent via standard shipping with AusPost.

Store Credit


The amount on the Store credit note will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. (As Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction.)

To redeem your store credit, simply enter the code in the gift card and discount code field at checkout. Store credit gift cards do not have an expiry date however are non-refundable. 

 

W A R R A N T Y

 

PAGONI offers a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty with every piece from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects however does not cover neglect & general wear and tear, chain breakage and tarnishing. Proof of purchase must be retained for the warranty to be valid.

Please note: All metals tarnish over time, however, contact with foreign substances such as hand sanitiser, soap and cosmetic products can cause discolouration much faster. Acidic skin types can also cause discolouration much faster. Tarnishing and discolourations caused by the above reasons will not be covered under this warranty.

Our jewellery is of delicate nature and care must be taken when worn. It is important to follow the care instructions in order for your warranty to be applicable. 

Our warranty is only valid when the issue is proven a manufacturing default by our after-sales care profession. It is at our discretion whether the faulty product will be repaired or replaced.

Care Instructions

Please remove your PAGONI jewellery before washing your hands, showering, swimming, applying perfume or coming into contact with other chemicals.

To clean your jewellery simply polish it using a soft jeweller’s polishing cloth. We recommend you clean after each wear.
