All orders for our Pagoni Ready-to-Wear sterling silver jewellery range placed up to 12:00pm, are processed on same business day.  Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed next business day.

Please note: Orders for our custom Pagoni Bespoke range can take up to 10 days to craft and process, as the Pagoni Bespoke Jewellery takes time to handcraft in our Pagoni Studio. If you need the Pagoni Bespoke piece urgently, please contact us by email discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your needs: kassandra@pagoni.com.au

DOMESTIC:

All Domestic orders over $100 will receive FREE Standard shipping Australia-wide.

Orders under $99 will be charged $10.70 shipping fee at checkout.

All parcels will be sent via Standard Post Australia with transit of 2-8 business days to capital cities and major locations. 

We also have the option of Express Post Australia for an additional cost of $15.95 with transit of 2-4 business days to capital cities and major locations. 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

All International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard International Shipping.
Transit times to NZ 6-10 business days
Transit time to rest of the world 6-12 business days

 

NEW ZEALAND:
Orders over $150 spend will receive FREE Standard International Shipping.
Order under $149 spend will be charged $21.90 shipping fee at checkout.


CANADA & UNITED STATES:
Orders over $150 spend will will be charged a small fee of $15.00.
Orders under $149 spend will be charged $27.90 shipping fee at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD:
Orders over $150 spend will be charged a small fee of $18.00
Orders under $149 spend will be charged $37.50

When item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the Post tracking number.

Pagoni is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items in transit, nor incorrect delivery details entered by the customer. We accept no responsibility for theft or weather damage, for unattended deliveries.

All unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address or failure to collect parcel from LPO that has been returned to sender, will be issued a refund upon arrival at warehouse. Orders that are Returned To Sender by no fault of PAGONI will be issued a refund upon receiving. If your order incurred a postage fee, this will not be refundable. If you would like your order redelivered, this will incur an additional postage fee. 

In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by email of expected dispatch dates.
