As each Pagoni piece is individually designed and handcrafted with the utmost care, please allow up to 6 business days for the making of the jewellery and order processing BEFORE orders can be shipped.

When you spend over $200 in one order -
Shipping Australia-wide.
Standard Parcel post with tracking (up to 5Kg). 
Will be sent via Australia Post


Less than $200 spend -
Standard Parcel Post Australia-wide with tracking (up to 5kg).
Will be sent via Australia Post

  • $15.45 flat fee


Express Post Australia-wide (up to 5kg)
Will be send via Australila Post

  • $25.00 flat fee



Australia Post - Standard International Parcel Post with tracking (up to 5kg).
Will be sent via Australia Post.

  • $25 flat fee.
Postage charges cover transport cost only and do not cover government import duties. Pagoni does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.


Delivery Time


  • 2-8 Business days to capital cities and major locations.
  • 3-9 Business days for remote and rural locations.



  • 5-14 business days to capital cities and major locations.
  • 14-30 business days to all other locations.


General Terms

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

You will also receive an email to notify you when your item has been dispatched along with the tracking number. Pagoni is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items in transit. We accept no responsibility for theft or weather damage for unattended deliveries.

Should your item be delayed or damaged, please contact us on and we will be happy to assist lodging an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.
